Performance characteristics:
1、SOFT-X-ray technology that does not require a license for the use of radioactive sources, has radiation levels that meet national environmental protection requirements, adjustable measurement, low environmental radiation, and can disappear upon power failure; (Radioactive sources can also be configured according to user requirements)
2、Realize online detection of paper quantification and moisture content, with temperature compensation and mechanical compensation functions; Quantitative detection range: 10-1000 g/m2, quantitative detection accuracy ± 0.1g/m2; Moisture detection accuracy ± 0.5%, moisture detection range 0-30%
3、Realize fully automatic closed-loop control of paper weight and moisture content, which can be decoupled in both directions to make the control more stable;
4、Display banners, vertical instantaneous quantitative values, moisture values, concentrations, flow rates, and instantaneous air pressure values for production convenience;
5、Accurate banner positioning detection (positioning accuracy of 0.1mm), achieving uniform control of paper banners;
6、Display and modify the working conditions and control parameters of the paper machine;
