一、HHE-TJ2015(V1.2)Online Film Thickness Gauge Overview

Highlights: It can realize multi-layer and layered online thickness measurement. It is an exempted product and users do not need to apply for a radiation safety license.

       The film thickness online measuring instrument developed by Zibo Hanhai Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. adopts low-radiation Soft-X Ray technology, advanced software algorithms and computer data acquisition systems to accurately measure the film thickness; Soft-X Ray has low radiation, and the radioactivity disappears when the power is turned off. It is a high-tech optoelectronic detection instrument that meets the national environmental protection exemption requirements and does not require procedures such as a special radioactive license; because the radiation is controllable, the measurement range is wide, adjustable, and accurate. It is a new technology to replace fixed radiation sources. This measuring instrument is designed for film production lines.
